On Sat 25th May CRiB hosted a very enjoyable and successful Quiz in the Village Hall. The tables were mostly full with almost 50 people participating in the entertaining and sometimes educational rounds of questions, all but one (titled Flowers!) with a connection to gardens and plants.
The Ploughman's Supper was just the right mix of tasty items thanks to Gina, Laraine and their helpers. The bartender, Paul, was also kept fairly busy during the evening.
After everything was totted up, the profit from the evening was just over £300 which will be used by CRiB for more plants and accessories for this year's competitions
