Alpha Course — A One Evening A Week Course Exploring The Basics Of Christianity

Every Wed 15th May-26th June 2019
7.30-9pm
Curry Rivel School Hall.

Alpha Course

Alpha is a 7 week, no pressure, no charge, no questions barred exploration of what Christianity is (and isn't) about, through a series of ½ hour films which will be asking questions such as: 'is there more to life than this?', 'who is Jesus?', 'how can I have faith?', and 'how does God guide us?'. Alpha is not just a 'here's how it is' sort of course.

Each evening will start with puddings on offer on arrival at the CR School Hall. After a welcome, there will be a film, small groups chat about it, the issues it has raised and discuss any 'no holds barred' questions. Church volunteers will be at each table to share their experience of the Christian faith, and to answer questions as best they can.

You are warmly invited to consider engaging with Alpha, beginning Wed 15th May at 7.30pm in the School Hall.
