2023 Conditions of Entry

The Somerton Art and Photography exhibition runs from Saturday 27th May to Saturday 3rd June 2023. Set up day will be Friday 26th May for artists to bring their artwork in for exhibiting. Please click this link to the website for more details.

This year there is a new "Woodwork" category for exhibiting any woodwork art produced by way of wood turning, whittling or carving. Please see the conditions of entry for details of sizes etc. This category replaces the Sculpture category.

Entry is now open either online or postal entries. If you wish to submit your entry online please use the web address link and follow the on-screen instructions.

You can submit your entries anytime from now if you're ready but there is no panic as the last date for receiving entry forms is the 12th May 2023.

With regards to the "Stewarding" form attached, if artists can volunteer to steward at least one shift for the exhibition it would be very much appreciated. It gives the opportunity to see the working exhibition and also to talk to the visiting public and other artists.

There are also going to be some workshops running alongside the exhibition, more details to follow.
