Foodbank volunteers are raising money for the Food Bank by selling good quality garden plants, grown by a local resident and donated to the Foodbank to raise funds.
The plants for sale are outside number 3 East Street, Drayton (on the right when leaving Drayton towards Muchelney) and at Hillards Farm, High Street, Curry Rivel (opposite King William Lane, not far from the old Post Office).
As is all the lovely fresh produce people are bringing to the church each Wednesday. Volunteers will accept, sort and distribute same day – they are at the church between 10.30 and 11.30 every Wednesday morning.
But of course, the turnover is fast and the list never-ending, so here's your list for this week if you were thinking of popping something extra for the foodbank into your trolley.
