Marion Cooper is a Clinical Exercising Instructor- a specialist. The sessions offer support, guidance and motivation in a safe, comfortable and friendly environment.
The exercises are suitable if you have been diagnosed with controlled diabete, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis or as part of your health recovery.
