There is still time to save some of the osteospermums, marguerites and bidens from the War Memorial garden.
Bring some 3 litre pots, 18 cm diameter x 15 cm tall, a trowel, a fork, some gardening gloves, etc.
Let Gina know on 762296 or email cribsomerset@gmail.com. CRiB have arranged for two greenhouses in the village to be available to overwinter them, Gina will tell you where to deliver them. If you don't have any pots large enough, a plastic carrier bag will take at least two plants.
Also we have a few photos of Parish Council Chair, Madelaine King-Oakley attempting to valiantly plant over 3,000 daffodils around the Twinning Tree (that is by the Petrol Station folks), she had the help of one other..... there are still many more to plant.... if you want to have a go ring Annette on 252579. The bulbs can be also used in other areas around the village.
