This is the Friday morning Get Together Club which meets in the Village Hall between 10 am & 1pm every Friday. The idea behind this group is to provide a warm, friendly space for folk of a certain age to get together. Along with many other social care groups and facilities, the Active Living Group has experienced cuts in its grant funding and is having to seek other ways of sustaining its service to the community. Aware of how isolating older age can be and how valuable these small but vital groups are, particularly in rural communities, we hope with your help to raise some funds toward keeping this community service going. We look forward to your company at the URC Hall on 16th March — thank you!
If you would like to make a financial contribution but are unable to get to the SPRING EVENT donations may be sent to; Curry Rivel URC Treasurers, c/o Jenny & Tony Potts, Stoney Cottage, Stoney Lane, Curry Rivel.
