Want to improve your physical flexibility, strength and endurance? Then why not try the new series of Ashtanga Yoga classes beginning on Sunday 13 May at the Great Bow Wharf, Langport.
Ashtanga is one of the more energetic types of Yoga. It starts with a repeat sequence of sun salutations, followed by standing and seated postures. In a mixed abilities class the teacher will make adjustments to the postures depending on each student's level of flexibility.
Classes run from 10.45-11.45am on Sunday mornings (no class on 27 May). £50 for the series of 5 classes or £12 per class on a drop-in basis.
