Their Finest Poster2

A hilarious, yet moving comedy-drama set in 1940s London and based on the 2009 novel by Lissa Evans. A British Ministry of Information film team is making a morale boosting movie about the Dunkirk evacuation during the Battle of Britain and the London Blitz. Young Welshwoman Catrin Cole is recruited to write scripts for propaganda films that the public will watch without ridiculing.
Stars: Gemma Arterton, Sam Claflin, Bill Nighy, Richard E. Grant and Jeremy Irons.

Doors open at 7.00pm; show starts at 7.30pm in the village hall. Refreshments are on sale. Tickets £7 are available at the door. Don't forget we have our annual ticket for only £50 — saving you £20.
