We are running a Mental Health First Aid Awareness course next Thursday (30th July) for Community Groups across Somerset and we wanted to let you and your volunteers know about it.

This half-day session will help you understand what mental health is and how to challenge stigma, increase your knowledge of some common mental health issues, and get the confidence to support someone in distress. We'll also look at how you can look after your own mental health and wellbeing. With Kay Morgan. Participants will receive a Mental Health First Aid certificate and manual.

All the details can be found on our website

Spaces are limited for this course but we will be running it again!
