Earlier this week, a group from CRiB created a new memorial rose bed to honour Madelaine King-Oakley at Granny's Garden. This was then planted with roses chosen with Madelaine in mind.
Most of the digging was done by Geoff Higson. The job was not as easy as it sounds as huge slabs from an old courtyard were revealed and had to be removed before further work was possible.
Gina, Annette and Laraine were assisted by new recruits Debs and Laurie. The rose garden was completed on Friday by Geoff, Gina and Laraine.
