Britain in Bloom Judgement Day is Approaching.... go to the CRiB website to find out how to help...

Watering the war memorial garden is going to be a necessity through the summer. If you can help, please contact Sylvia on smgoodenough@aol.com with dates you could manage.

Taking part in the frontage competition — it would be great if all gardens looked their best.

Keeping your area of the village tidy and rubbish/weed free — the judges will be looking out for these things so please help to make the village look good for July 12th.

Photos — we have to send the judges a portfolio of information and photographs of the village through the year, so if you have any photos of attractive or interesting displays, please let Sylvia have them for inclusion in the portfolio. We would particularly welcome photos of group activities in the village as community activities and involvement are very important in the competition.
