Steve Osmond Display screen

Curry Rivel Village Hall has a new resource installed in the foyer that will improve communications for users of the Hall and visitors

Thanks to a grant from South Somerset District Council and a contribution from the Parish Council , the Village Hall now has an Electronic Notice Board which will display up to date news and public service information as well as upcoming events.

Councillor Tony Greenaway said:

"This is a great leap forward in helping people who have little or no access to the internet to find out what's going on in the Village. We are grateful to locally based Solutions Audio Visual for supplying the screen at a knockdown price and to Steve Osmond, Electrician Extraordinary (in the picture) for doing the installation.

The screen is operated by the current Curry Rivel Website Team.

Local groups can promote and report on their events and news by emailing brief details and pictures to editor@curryrivel.org.uk
