Some more community spirit is needed quickly if we are to be ready for the Britain in Bloom assessment in just a few weeks.
Organisers Peter and Sylvia Goodenough said " So much has been achieved already but we need more help to complete the ground clearing"
"Three volunteers turned up unexpectedly yesterday yesterday which was a great help but more help is needed over the next week when we start planting so its critical we get as many hands down there as possible if we are to be ready for the judging on 12 July"
Displays have already popped up at Parsonage Place and up the High Street from Hoskins Close to the old greengrocers and more are planned at the Bus Stop, the King William, the Village Hall and around the car park at The Firehouse and Sandpits Heating.
So come on Curry Rivel, show some community spirit and help get our village ready for the big day.
It doesn't matter whether its one hour or half a day, every little helps.
