With the feel of Autumn occasionally now in the area, and the new school term upon us, you may be too old to be shopping for a new pencil case but your mind may be turning to making a change and trying something new before the year is out. We have two suggestions which could make you happier and healthier!

First, you could think about trying one of the many "Ageing Well" exercise and activity sessions which run all across the county. The sessions are all listed in the new editions of our Ageing Well and Staying Steady booklets which cover Somerset and North Somerset.
