A car and a caravan crashed in Curry Rivel yesterday afternoon

The collision occurred on the B3168 between Westmoor Lane and Stoney Lane shortly before 4pm, leaving the road blocked for a short while.

Nobody was injured as a result of the collision, but police were called to the scene.

A spokesman for Avon and Somerset Constabulary said: "A collision has taken place between a car and a caravan. The road was blocked but that is no longer the case. No injuries occurred and the drivers of both vehicles have exchanged details. The road is now clear."

No arrests were made as a result of the collision.
