Ashtanga is one of the more energetic types of Yoga. It starts with a repeat sequence of sun salutations, followed by standing and seated postures. In a mixed abilities class the teacher will make adjustments to the postures depending on each student's level of flexibility.
Classes run from 10.45-11.45am on Sunday mornings (no class on 27 May). £50 for the series of 5 classes or £12 per class on a drop-in basis.
