The Parish Council gave the following grants last Thursday to help local groups

C of E Primary School for forest school & playground equipment — £500
Curry Rivel Twinning Association for guest's excursion — £260
Annual free Playday for a climbing wall — £460 + vat
Village Hall committee for materials to decorate the hall — £476
Primary School PTA for white boards — £1,100
Community Speedwatch for sundries — £250
1st Curry Rivel & Drayton Girl Guides for 4 members to visit to Sri Lanka was deferred to the October meeting
