Curry Rivel in Bloom Public Meeting on 22nd February 2017
Please do come to the meeting in the Village Hall on 22nd February at 7.30pm. It will be an opportunity to discuss the plans for making our village a more pleasant environment for us and for wildlife in the future. Our entry in SW in Bloom this year is just the start of what will be an ongoing process, and it will need all the village community to get involved if it is to be a success.
The agenda is:
2. What Britain in Bloom is all about.
3. Progress so far.
4. What members of the community can do.
5. Question & Answer session. AOB.
Purple and Gold
Please try to plant this year's theme colours of purple and gold in your frontage(the whole garden or just some pots or baskets) for this summer.
Gardens to look at their best between July 5th-17th, as the judging will be between these dates. Plants in these colours will be available at a sale in the centre of the village on Sunday, 14th May, ready to plant out once there is no danger of frost, or alternatively, look at the plant suggestion list on CRiB website.
