Remember the old adage clocks 'Spring forward & Fall back', for Fall read Autumn.

When do the clocks change?
This year, on Sunday, 30th October the clocks will move back an hour. At 2am the clocks will move back to 1am.
British Summer Time was first established by the Summer Time Act 1916, after a campaign by builder William Willett (he died in 1915).
